Born Pink was so different from The Album (except PV ofc) but they still managed to keep their blackpink sauce  they delivered everything and more. Cant wait to hear these songs live on tour

omg I didn’t think Born Pink might be this different than The Album  but it still has the Blackpink flavour

also, why Hard to Love wasn’t a single or at least a b-side? it would’ve completely smash at the time of her solo  Rose needs to happen with a full album, she has it, now I see it fully! 

 

I’d love Tally as an ending track, say fu*k you to the haters and all people who think that women need to act certain way 

 

also, this time around I feel like a lot of tracks will be growers and they will have amazing longevity - Shut Down is very easy to listen to, they chose the right track as a lead - something different and amazing use of the sample, which doesn’t sound cringy or forced at all, and a great pre-release which was somewhat connected to their previous bangers, but bring something new too

 

I’m really content with the album in general, will have it on repeat all day, obviously, I don’t mind for Rose solo (just a bit sad for Jisoo, but she doesn’t seem to care and she always supports the girls the most, so it’s ok) - YG should do something different for once and give as a repackage during the tour with additional rejected 4 tracks, then I’d be completely satisfied!

the Pinks really did THAT! Not surprised some ktrl girlies in here are left quaking after hearing AOTY and effortlessly ANNIHILATING their basic faves

The full alberm is decent, but they did so much better with The Album that this almost just feels like the evermore of it. 

KTRL quaking cause they can't use the same old essays for this album

The Album looks better in hindsight cause they have HYLT and LG, but the rest are subpar compare to Born Pink who is more cohesive 

They should have done a 2NE1 2011 route. 
 

PV single in April, Rose comeback in May, Shut Down in July and then YYY title track in September with album.

Some blinks said it was supposed to be a mini album on early 2022, but YG changed their mind and want full album. Another case of bad management I fear
