flip the bottom of the front of the shirt up through the neck hole, put your arms in the sleeves and then pull the bottom of the shirt on top of your head and put a hat over it, durag if trying to recreate Rihs look. It was big in the 90s, mostly on the West Coast of the US.

I don’t necessarily think she’s putting things “on hold”. But you need to know what’s ahead of you to plan accordingly, especially when a bad PR cycle can kill an entire era.
