Hell NO, I won't tolerate the word 'masterpiece' to describe that song. It's a good song and obviously did an EXCELLENT job as a lead, but I agree with @zzmyth, it's not even top10 on ANTI. 

LOTB would've never been the instant hit that Work was as the lead single, she made the right choice imo

Well that's how good ANTI is... There is room for every one of the Navy to feel whichever way and still feel it's her best work to date. 

 

Me saying that work I not Top10 on ANTI doesn't mean I consider it bad... For me it's a 9.2 in a land of 10s

2. Needed Me w/ video release on album day (#2 for 4 weeks then climbs to replace Work at #1 for 4 weeks)
3. Kiss it Better w/ better video in spring (Top #5 with performance and viral video)
4. LOTB for fall w/ video and performance) (#1 for 6 weeks)
5. SWM as final single with a remix ft. The Weeknd (Top 10 easily)

 

Then she could have started off 2017 with TIWYCF in April, Too Good w/ video and proper push in summer, Lemon 2018 and then another smash collaboration in 2019 (Standalone single w/ Rih x Bey x Nicki/Cardi). IDK about the last part lmfao but could have been so much more fun/iconic than ANTI era was.

 

Then wait for the pandemic to cool off and release a double album - first part 2021 Dance/Pop/House (I always wanted a house album from Rih since 2012), second part Dancehall in 2022...............

No I think you're correct. It was 2015 I vaguely remember it now, LOTB was meant to be the lead I think before the album was scrapped like 3 times throughout 2015
