What About Us was a century ago. Trustfall was the right song and yet it did nothing.

 

She's not considered "cool" anymore and no matter the song, people won't stream it. A good feature with a popular, young artist could change that but... she won't do any of that

She struggled to sell tickets in the United States, Australia, and Germany. I think she needs a new hit. Radio stations may still play her songs, but people aren't buying her albums and singles, nor are they revisiting her previous albums on streaming services. The truth is, she needs to attract new fans. Maybe if she had released Trustfall as the first single, she might have gotten a new What About Us.

I think she really needs a new hit song and album. WAU was released in 2017. In two years it will be 10 years since its release. She hasn't reached the top 10 since JLF. I also didn't want a feature with Nicki; in fact, I wanted a feature with Lady Gaga, Taylor, Xtina, or Kelly Clarkson (or better yet, with all four on the same album), and I still dream of a feature with Madonna.

She was selling slow, but I won't say she struggled. 

 

Kelly would be a dream team, and ya, I agree a Dua collaboration would be awesome, too. Personally, I want a Renee Rapp or Raye feat.

Radio will only remind her current demo about her but she won't reach any new fans that way. And she needs new fans if she wants to continue selling out stadiums.

 

She could've been much bigger on streaming than she currently is but her team has failed to approach that properly so here we are
