She was working on TPP 3 weeks before its release. (and that was before streaming counted heavily,relied on physical sales still)

according to her FIRST documentary, she was still recording MOMENT 4 LIFE in september, album released in NOVEMBER.

I really want her to rock her natural hair again. her natural hairline just adds to her beauty and that facial structure,her widows peak and where her baby hairs lay  something the wigs cannot do.

Someone really sat here and said she only started on the album this year when she confirmed days ago MEMORIES is on the album (which she tweeted in 2020 along with the PF2 tweet)

stop work on it a while before as physical copies had to be prepared so she can have bundling, vinyls etc on release day

I want to remind you that she was also working on Queen till the last day. Even willing to delay the album SECOND time for a mediocre song that samples Tracy who famously doesn't let anybody sample her work.  Also she openly said on QR that she was going to change some songs basicly meaning she put demos on the album and it clearly shows.

 

After that fiasco and the fact that she's been teasing this album for 4 years it's only natural that some people may feel concerned that she hasn't learned from the past mistakes. You are overly passive-aggressive and defensive over nothing.
