I'm gonna listen to it but her features are not hitting like they used to. Her solo stuff have been way better than features lately.

Whip It is truly a hit that got away. I'm not fond of her pop stuff but this song is really fun. Whip It and Va Va Voom > Pound the Alarm and Starships.

No seriously, sis should have never cancelled Va Va Voom as the lead single all because she didn’t like how the music turned out (all just to release it later in the year anyway )

 

And then Whip It should’ve been the summer single. She was so wrong for PTA. Like, the instrumentals for Starships and Pound the Alarm are sooo similar. Only one of those two songs should’ve been a single, not both. 

I thought she cancelled VVV because she didin't like the music video. It was 11 years ago so I may not remember correctly. As much as I like VVV I don't think it would have smashed like Starships did though.

This ho has no taste at all. VaVaVoom mv is great. It's way better than her rolling around on the beach each...
