My first thought was that Madonna is now back with Warner, while Back That Up was recorded under Interscope. Could that be the reason why it's not out? 

 

Interscope didn't care to promote her even when she was with them, they probably care even less now she went back to Warner.

In my mind she's hinting at either a new album, GH's tour, "Back that Up" (release), or her filming the biopic, but in reality it's most likely unrelated to any of those. :rip:
