Sadly I don't think they'll stop fighting anytime soon. They don't seem interested in solving their issues right now. It'll happen eventually, but it'll take a while, like the actor's strike. (Not as lengthy tho)

 

Should UMG experience financial setbacks, it is possible that they may eventually accept TikTok's requests. However, for that to happen within a one-month timeframe seems unlikely.
