ACT II is not coming, we would know by now. But they could AT LEAST add Brooklyn Nights to ARTPOP, especially since she hesitated until the last minute to add the song on the album. It's such a great song that deserves to be officially released.

I think 5-6 deluxe tracks for ARTPOP’s 10th anniversary is a good idea if LG7 is truly nowhere near release. She has so many unreleased demos, just send them to get their final mix/mastering and upload them on streaming. It would boost her streaming #s in the interim until JFAD & finally close the ARTPOP chapter on a positive note.

The Aura demo vs studio difference is in my opinion the most obvious symptom for the main issue with the entire ARTPOP album. You can hear in a lot of the demos for ARTPOP that her vocal delivery and many aspects of the production sound harsher, almost like she was going for a mesh of metal and electronic music. We can only speculate as to what happened internally but it's clear that a decision was made to soften the edges and make these songs sound more widely appealing, but I don't think the bones of these tracks were compatible with that. What we were left with were a bunch of EDM tracks that were neither fully commercially appealing nor had the bite in their delivery to make them compelling head thrashers. I like to think it was label interference and i think the rollout of that album would have been a completely different story had the harsher approach been kept. It may not have been a commercially successful project in any case but I think the reaction among fans and journalists would have been better. My two cents

Coachella, BMA and Grammy performances would most definitely help but oh well.

they are definitely not tragic, they are on par with other 2020 female hits such as Say So and WAP and much higher than Savage for exemple. 

Rain On Me is not even in my top 25 favorite Gaga songs but whew I still get a rush listening to it in the car. It's a great pop song. She also served one of my favorite looks from her in the past 10 years. 

 

 

 

 

I miss the club boom (2008-2012) so much. Pop music used to give you such a rush, and had so much energy. Hip hop and bedroom pop just can’t compare. I hope GÁR brings that style back a bit with GougouGaga.
