I think now, they only allow two songs per artist on TTH. Before it was 3. 

Autoplay when? When do they usually update their autoplay songs?

Well this all NORMAL PROMO for a Brand new lady gaga song release. She is one of the biggest streaming artist rn. Its not like they are giving her Sabrinas Autoplay and Taylor level of reach. Its fine

It is just depends on severity of the strain. If it's just mild, few days rest is enough. But she just needs to be careful

No shade, but is this your first time following a pop tour? Almost every tour minus Chromatica and ARTPOP (?) had postponements or cancellations because of health. Vocal issues are unironically pretty common for singers that sing live on tour, but they thankfully can resolve pretty quickly as long as rest is taken. And we actually don't know how far along she was with her strain, for all we know the Miami postponement may have happened near the end of things. There's no need to be so dramatic.
