The number doesn't take into account the number of standing tickets left (probably a good few hundreds) and the number of seated tickets that were never put on sale. The venue's capacity is 35K if fully used (meaning all possible seated + standing tickets put on sale).

My guess is that around 2K seated tickets were never put on sale + around a few hundred standing tickets left = 5-6,000 / 35,000 are unsold.

 

However, she will probably end up selling about 30K which is 2x Ziggo Dome capacity in a city with a population of 150K. That's still great as she was wasn't able to sell this many tickets in The Netherlands since TMB in 2010.

Oh ok. There's a few appealing seats left on vivid but they're all 300-400 so I doubt she'll be worried about total gross this tour.

Atlanta will do good in the end.

Miami is doing actually really good for the fact that it was part of the last batch to be put on sale (15K ticket left about a month ago and 10K tickets left now).

The Miami venue is pretty huge (48K at full capacity) and tickets are selling great.

 

Houston is the only real struggling US date, but that was somehow expected seeing as Dallas wasn't doing incredible either.

Wasn’t Joanne tour average like $112? Chromatica ball prices are way higher than for that tour…

but again, the 3 last added shows have less expensive tickets

That was the XS set-up, meaning a limited capacity, she's doing the full stadium this time

The tickets that I think were never put on sale aren't side view tickets. They're upper level seating tickets.

What you said only applies if the 34K concert capacity is the maximum capacity available for every concert at the venue by excluding the upper level seats. 

Truth is, I don't know if for other artists these tickets were put on sale or not, but that could be checked out.

 

If these tickets can never be put on sale due to the stage height, then maybe the 34K is the full capact=ity for every show held there and she's probably at around 30K already.
