LITERALLY! It’s actually wild! For a debut day it’s a possibility but this is literally almost two weeks after the release and it JUST started being put on radio 3 days ago, and just got added to #1 on TTH and a bunch of other playlists. OOOHHH Beyoncé the legend that you are!

Nah, not unless they get a lot more support or streams really increase. Bey is supposed to be the #1 streaming song this week, even with them leading on Spotify and Apple

I don't think she'll do prerelease singles. I think Bey will lose one week to Ariana and maybe Saturn becomes a smash for SZA too. But still, three weeks before Ari's album and a fourth one with the album release are very likely happening.
