this is not a criminal lawsuit, it's a civil suit. so Lizzo is not facing any charges and won't be "found guilty" per se.

 

the accusers are seeking compensation & damages. if any of the defendants is found liable, they might need to pay up. that's it.

I had CR tickets in Pittsburgh, but I also have BP B on her bday. At first I wasn’t expecting much beyond different outfits but who knows.

help she brought the scrapped section back?  

As exciting as it was to have the 3 songs back, did it feel like that section dragged a bit?  It felt like it just blended in especially with how high energy Heated is.  Maybe it’s her not changing costumes or her not doing much movement for Thique/AUIYM but I can see why she cut that section from previous shows.  However, Drunk In Love needs to stay!  The energy of the crowd especially with the Dubai outro is crazy.

it was a bit off. they cut THIQUE short, she didn't do the outro while walking over to AUIYM, and DrIL had technical problems.

 

Stockholm got the better version for sure. but at least ATL got something!

I’ll have to rewatch Stockholm.  But yes, I agree it was great for her to bring it back.  Hopefully they film that section again and include it in a tour film if she plans on releasing one.  Ppl said they filmed night 2 and news of tonight was filmed too?

I always said Thique looked very meh. Not a great song for a live setting. She should have just used it for a short interlude paired some cute choreo.  AUIYM is very appreciated for the vocal, though.

I would’ve loved her to do a little bit more movement behind the ballet bar.  Nothing intricate or crazy.  Even her small bit of choreography during the OTR performance of Naughty Girl on the bar had some nice moments.  Just glad to have Drunk In alive back, hopefully it remains for the rest of the tour.

She did them so she could put them in the film. She wants to perform all the songs on Renaissance live since they didn't have proper live performances as promotion and music videos. I think for Vegas and Houston she will keep them. However i still think they need to work on Thique more. They could do a bit more with the performance.

well atleast we know that a concert special with all songs is in the works which is exciting…

I have a feeling that after ACT 2 we’ll get an entirely different tour tbh, so maybe she’ll drop this special to get the last bit of coin out of the tour since I cant see her touring more legs of this album tbh

I’ve been thinking for a while I wouldn’t even mind waiting another year for Act II if each act gets its own tour.

 

2022: Rennie

2023: Rennie Tour

2024: Act II

2025: Act II Tour

2026: Act III

2027: Act III Tour
 

Either an album or a tour every year for the next 4 years? Sounds pretty great to me.

That was messy at the start, which is sad to see. Glad they're back though, as I'm a big Thiqué fan. It just doesn't translate well live. ST songs had a similar issue for the most part.

I won't consider a win until she does that section in Miami...

Even so, she might decide to axe it for good and not put it in this 'film' will never see.
