I agree! I was at last night's show and l her energy as well as the audience's energy was in top form. The addition of "Save Room For Us" was a great moment in the set. She sounded great last night, the mic was definitely on. As far as the pacing of the show, it does go by rather quick. She doesn't have many talking points in the show aside from right before the encore. But overall an amazing show!

Agreed! I also would've loved to see her go more theatrical and storyline driven since she's going off of the drone/cctv world.

I saw a tweet mentioning that she was sick/under the weather yesterday. That could be a reason for her energy looking off. My only complaint is that the feeling of the set somehow feels a bit empty. For me, Tinashe's shows always feel fuller with a live band or beefed up arrangements. The version of "Party Favors" she's using sounds so full and energetic because it's the same one she used to use when she had a live band. I know this is basically a continuation of the bb/ang3l tour and its aesthetics so I wasn't expecting a drastic change.

I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s been trying to skip CIL for awhile now. Since the MCTWT she’s been trying to shorten it as much as she can. I wouldn’t be mad if CIL gets skipped on the next tour. It definitely needs a break.

Oh wow, I didn’t know the time crunch was that tight. I watched a documentary on Netflix with the artist that built the monolith, she said the reference Bey gave her was to reimagine her childhood tv. It’s been awhile since I’ve seen that doc but it was similar along those lines.

Yeah, I’ve always been curious if that trap door was an opportunity for her to be lowered onto the stage during one of the numbers. Would’ve loved a PYCM performance with her being lowered onto the stage.

Did we ever get any confirmation on if Bey was supposed to come down from the top of the Monolith? I remember seeing photos showing a trap door near the top of the monolith from some news station.

I agree with the lack of professional footage cementing these tours as defining moments. I will never understand why FWT was never released. That was her first solo stadium tour and it was such a moment. Especially with the monolith. Out of all ppl, I would’ve expected her to release FWT as it was a great show but also for the sake of it being her first solo stadium tour. That’s always a huge milestone for any artist.

There was a jib at last night’s show. Ppl posted about it and you can see it in some videos. The extra camera men aren’t really necessary as Bey’s shows and shot list are filmed to her liking and in a cinematic way already for the imags and led backdrop. Taylor, doesn’t film her shows that way regularly unless it’s for a filmed show.

Yeah, as much as I’d love a DC5 reunion tour or project of some sort I don’t see it happening. First of all, that’s now having to split the check 5 ways. It seems as though from the eyes of the girls Destiny’s Child consist of it’s current line up which is Beyoncé, Michelle, & Kelly. Not to take anything away from Letoya and Latavia, as they were apart of the group. But I think DC3 is how the current line up looks at Destiny’s Child. But never say never. That would be really cool to see all 5 of them together.
