Yeah ngl the concept of her changing outfits every show is kinda wack. Most of them have been pretty bad, imagine being hyped about seeing her perform in one of the OGs and she shows in a cheap spandex looking a mess. It's fine for the opening outfits but the other segments should have stayed consistent. The only segment that's gottten a better outfits is Opulence. 

 

She used the same outfits everynight for most of the Formation tour. Iirc she only changed them at the end for the last shows of the second NA leg. 

 

Imagine if by miracle we get a concert special, it's gonna be a mess  

Something that would never happen but I dream about is them offering for purchase a recording of the show you've attended. Basically the footage that is being broadcasted on the big screens. 

 

They could just send a special link to your email from where you could download it after it's all done and ready. It'd be a quick buck for minimal effort. I'd pay north of $100 for a recording of the show I've attended tbh. 

everybody has a different opinion on what looks good or not...some of the fashion hot takes have shown that some of you don't have much taste yourselves

yeah, this would be really cool.

 

but it's never ever ever going to happen  the footage would spread like a wildfire on social media and people would make their own "tour dvd" edits before she can. that would diminish the profit margin of her RWT movie. (if she doesn't drop RWT movie I'm unstanning this hag.)

Well they're already copyright striking every televised performance of hers that gets uploaded to youtube so they're used to it  and the revenue something like that would bring would be higher than what she makes out of a dvd release I imagine

Yeah I remember when every Coachella video was getting taken as soon as they were uploaded. This is how we knew that she was doing SOMETHING with Coachella, but never did we think it would be a Netflix special.

 

The fact that all videos of Renaissance Tour are still up, even the FULL show, tells me that they're not gonna do sh*t with this - unless all videos start getting zapped out of the blue.

this is not true. they simply cannot copyright strike videos attendees recorded themselves — this applied to Coachella as well.

 

screen recordings of the Coachella performance that was broadcast by the festival were getting taken down, which they legally owned the rights to do that. if someone were to upload an HQ version of what's shown on the tour screens, they could easily wipe that off the internet in the same manner. your own footage? best they can do is copyright claim for the songs (but probably not enough for a strike).
