And the reason I think this dress works as both innovative and "a moment" is because I have seen so many people in this dress and in this styling. Here is my reasoning for my little Pool and my rankings

 

Bebe Rexbar - This was a good music video ngl but it failed flat compared to the other two. I loved the concept and story but nothing else was there besides it being in reverse

 

Katy Perry- This was a creative and very colorful music video with a story. It was also iconic and from a ground breaking “Campish” era.  The visuals of course was on par but it was missing some umph
 

Mariah Carey Aka Michael Jackson : This was iconic and innovative everyone references the dance moves. There was a story and there was a sense of fear and scariness to it. Not many people approach scary// horror music videos nowadays or back then and that’s what gave Mr Carey-Jackson the advantage  compared to the other two
