11 weeks #1, 25 weeks top 10, 38 total weeks

Imagine Dragons' record of 86 weeks in the Hot 100 with Radioactive will never be broken :deadbanana4:

Circles is 15(+1) in its 53rd week (:rip:) maybe it'll be the one

Billboard needs to get rid of that dumb rule :rip:

Mte :deadbanana4: it makes zero sense to remove a still very relevant song from the charts just because it's been out for too long :psyduck:

It's also hypocritical that Billboard will add ANYTHING (don't they also use user-generated content streams? Something no other music industry dares to take into consideration :deadbanana:) to give a best representation of what's popular, and yet will saw a song off the top 100 if it's been there for too long.

But it'll go recurrent once it drops out of Top 20 though

Why? Do you still want to see Perfect, Girls Like You, Old Town Road and bad guy charting in 2021?

wait wtf? I thought it was 20+ weeks and below 50. :skull: When did they add this rule?

If those are among the 100 most consumed songs in the US, yes! I have nothing against a chart run like this (Dance Monkey in the Czech Republic, theirs is a sales and streaming based chart): http://hitparada.ifpicr.cz/index.php?a=titul&hitparada=30&titul=162856&sec=54124a945303d0c6e6ece9722c9e3375

Songs that spent 52 weeks on the charts would go recurrent if they fall out of Top 25.

2015 or 2016 (believe it was the former)

Uptown Funk was one of the first noticeable victim

This is Blinding Lights chance to snatch that #1 in YEC.

For good reason. Songs like Radioactive are why the rule was put in place. There’s no reason to keep a song on the charts for that long, especially if it’s just hanging around.

Didn’t expect it to fall of so fast, I was expecting it to do 40 weeks at least
