Fred doesnt count, only Japan and South Korea from Asia, but it does count to IFPI in their year end list

UWC only counts 20 countries or so. China isn't one of them

For albums, label has to submit verified sales. For singles, they track on their own. So it's kinda manual for albums.

IFPI start counting China recently so don't be surprised if some Chinese acts even make into the the charts. The market just too huge to be ignored
