Sorry sis, I don't give a single f*ck about your best of, especially since you didn't even pretend to care about mine :)

I'm sorry sweetie, but if you read the OP I'm just new here for this year, so I am still yet to visit ANY thread. Now that y'all commented, I'm gonna visit back. :flower: Hope you give a single f*ck about my best of this time.

Yas! 2 good songs! :heart2:

Missing U isn't her best but it felt appropriate as a lead single, considering the name and all.

#90. Thunderclouds - LSD

Okay, so I discovered this one through the Samsung commercial :clap3:

It was the best among all the Sia collabs this year

Sia's vocals and Labrinth's were mixed so well, Diplo's production was outstanding. If there had been a best engineered track of 2018, this can be a solid contender.

#89. Neon Gravestones - Twenty One Pilots

I told ya, Twenty One Pilots slayed 2018 for me! :fan:

This is another slayage of a b-side from top. So many title track potential. :jonny5:

Let's see how Trench does in the Best Albums of the Year. :eli:

Thunderclouds it's a great song :clap3:

Can't wait for the LSD debut album next year :duca:

Thunderclouds is that song. I haven’t heard most of the others, but I probably should expand my taste a bit.

#88. Pray For Me - The Weeknd & Kendrick Lamar

As what I've said, soundtracks brought so many better things to US Pop than actual pop singles this year.

The Black Panther's OST is a solid body of work for me. And this song is one of the standouts of the album. :clap3:

The production and the distinct voices of the 2 acts in here is mixed very well. Making it an experience everytime you listen to it.

#87. Lucid Dreams - Juice WRLD

Now, people are divisive on Lucid Dreams, and many might not agree with me on this one.

Yes, rap made US music less interesting for pop fans like many of us, but this rap/pop song is stands out from the rest of the rap songs.

It had an addicting flow, catchy sequence, and an epic MV, which is a total package for a good song. :clap3:

#86. Fake Happy - Paramore

The most anti-climactic Paramore single release for me. :sosad:

I wished and I though this has potential to be big ala "Ain't It Fun" but nah, the GP said no. :eli:

Perhaps 'cause it wasn't promoted well like all of their releases. So I wasn't so shocked the GP let go of such a great track.

Nevertheless, this track is such an earworm, and the message it conveys is very relatable. Good enough to be single-worthy and a Top 100 entry here. :fan:

#85. Happier - Marshmello & Bastille

First of all, I LOVE Bastille and I'm happy and emotional they blew up again this year. :sosad:

Also, the video was so dramatic, the song became better like, 1000 times. :sosad:

THe only flaw I can say is that I wish the drop wasn't as generic as a lot of EDM tracks.

Perhaps, a Bastille-only version could've sounded a lot better.

#84. Him & I - G-Eazy & Halsey

So, this song is a major kii now that they're not together anymore. :ahh:

However, this haunting, mystery-spirited love song is THAT power couple song.

A reverse thank u, next experience. And same as tun, this song is stuck into the listener's mind after a listen.

#83. Next To Me - Imagine Dragons

I can't recall if this song made the 2017 Best Of.

Doesn't matter, my future WEDDING song deserves to be on 2 year-end Best Of. :clap3:

This song still gives me chills and tears everytime I listen to this. :sosad:

Imagine Dragons did THAT and I'm emotional again rn. :sosad:

#82. I'll Never Love Again - Lady Gaga

The better ASIB OST single. :clap3:

But because the other one was more known and gave better memories, I gotta rank it higher. :eli:

Anyways, Gaga proved her vocal prowess (though she didn't need to prove it anymore) in this ballad.

The Queen snapped in this song and the year as a whole. :clap3:

#81. Nina Cried Power - Hozier

So, after the God-tier Take Me To Church, Hozier cam back.

It was decent to say the least. :clap3:

Am I shocked it didn't do a fraction of TMTC's success? Nope. The GP ain't it this year, so nope. :eli:
