Hey @Ace Reject I had a rough idea for a rate that just came to me. Idk if any of these artists/albums have been done before but the rate would be something like pop stars from the 80s/early 90s who started out strong but fizzled out after 2 or 3 eras. This is a list I just compiled of these girls' top 20 hits in the US.

Yeah, it's hard to get people invested in Janet Jackson and Kylie (88). I believe Mariah's debut was re-routed to @Vilppu his stellar series "(YEAR) MAKES THE WOMAN". I could use some more of those!!!
