It's kinda weird how MR has done and held on pretty well in Canada because either radio completed ignored it or it wasn't sent for adds properly here  I have not heard it once play and it's not on any charts on HAC or Top 40.

Seeing this just as high on iTunes as it is on Spotify is super surprising.

 

Its run is similar to Black Beatles' October rise so far— a very organic surge in popularity.

Happy KYLE(formerly K.I.D.) is finally getting some recognition. He's been around forever and has a solid fanbase plus everyone I've played the song for has been hooked. Wouldn't be surprised if this goes number 1 in a few months.

The AirPods commercial just aired. Get ready for another huge boost from Marian Hill's Down (currently #34).

The fact that Kyle is charting.. he had a song back in 2013 that I liked. I wonder if shes still trying to be Drake. 

I just don't get the big deal with The Chainsmokers, it's bland, boring and uninspired music. They've found their formula and they're REALLY sticking to it. 'Paris' is of course already being forced fed to us on Pop radio so I guess it's in the bag as far this song also becoming a hit. Although I doubt it'll hit 'Closer' level of success and overplayed-ness lol.

 

With the rise of Urban I hope to see R&B make it's way back to the mainstream but I don't know if it'll have the streaming and I doubt Pop radio would play it.

The NFC Championship Game. It was aired last weekend during the divisional round and got a similar boost.
