It's at #30 on T40 already, but we'll see how it does after the deal/initial hype. It's not that much of a rock song to be as polarizing as some are making it though. It's mostly piano-led. Plus we just had 21P with a #1 and #2 with much heavier sounding cuts, and tons of similar sounding lovelorn tracks that performed well. I think T40 has been a bit more open since there's no prominent trend (such as EDM/dance-pop at a time) too. It's also why more and more of the urban/hip-hop tracks have been reaching T40 a little easier than before.

I didn't drag Bieber. I was stating that 1D who are actual vocalists from a talent show are flopping compared to Bieber, who is not so much.

Actually zayn is the only member who can sing better than justin .but justin is more talented than zayn since he  can sing ,write his music, can dance , produce his music ,can play so many instruments etc

Justin can't sing that well. The primary requirement of a singer. He has literally murdered all sorry,  love yourself and where are you now performances. You can literally compare it to the snl performance of harry next week or Zayn s Jimmy Fallon last year.

The idea is if you dance, you need to maintain vocals along with it. Ala bruno. Otherwise it's not valid. Those vocals and drum playing is mediocre. The idea is Bieber doesn't apply any of his skills in his tours and lipsync his way thru everything. Something 1D wouldn't.
