True, but it didn't get a full-fledged promo push at least on Gaga's part (1 televised performance months after it peaked and no music video which is absurd  ) which was more of my point

It's not about quality unfortunately 

TC as a lead instead of PI would've most likely gone top 10. PI is the superior song though 

OT: yaaaaaas slay. and maybe she should start releasing more standalone singles in the future?? she has tons of unreleased music why is she hiding it  ?

Why is The Cure’s #3 TTH position even considered “payola” when the song debuted in the 2nd lower half of the playlist and climbed its way at the top over several weeks? It wasn’t the scenario of any recent “payola’d” single that it being put at #1 on the playlist straight ahead!?
