It is not only you, music is not culturally relevant anymore and how low streams are prove it. Movies (Spiderman and Odyssey) and games (Gta6, upcoming Witcher 4), especially movie industry believed to be dead faster because of streaming platforms but seems like music was the one couldn't survive despite all the advantages it held.

2.4B streamed song being fanbase driven but abracadabra being a GP hit I am out with this delusion. I won't talk about hits with a fandom that so desperately calls songs like millions reasons and rain on me hits because their fave had like 3 actual hits after her debutAgain, no one is talking about the biggest peak. Gaga also moved 67 million units with her first 3 albums but still couldn't even double that after 8-9 albums and still far away from that. Some artists have longevity and some are just fads
