That's what I'm thinking I just do not see Texas and Iowa flipping. I'm not even sold on holding Michigan because of racism and moderates. NC we will flip, probably Ohio. Maine is not happening, that herpes sore Susan Collins always comes back. Alaska don't see that happening either. I mean Mary won before but I'm super pessimistic on it. I'd say we win the house by 5-8 seats or so. We are giving people in this country way to much credit when it comes to morality and caring about what happens to anyone else.

Seeing the early Republican turn out in Michigan, I don't think the midterms are gonna go as good as we think. I've seen people in interviews say they're fasting every other day because they can't afford groceries but Iran not getting nukes is worth it so they do it for Trump and we're about to execute someone over live stream. He said to take out LA and San Diego and the crowd cheered. Americans may be too far gone as a whole and there's no savings this place. I dunno im probably dooming but seeing this stuff is just so…ughhh it's hard to have any faith anymore

After he pulled January 6th I knew If he got back into power he wasn't giving it up. He's cornered by the Epstein files and jail time and come hell or high water, he's not giving up power. The signs are all there. I mean aside for from him saying it, he looks up to every other dictator, I'm sure he's got some pointers from them, he's committing crimes and corruption like he'll never be held to account, as is the entire admin. That's why as soon as Kamala lost I knew we had limited time with democracy left. I mean as a person I like Kamala as a politician but eh, nothing would have changed other than the chance at a future progressive winning unlike Trump staying in power forever. That's why I voted for her. All I am saying is I hope I'm insane, dramatic, and over reacting. I've never wanted to be wrong so bad in my life but it just feels…like something is brewing. If a democratic congress takes over in January I'll be truly shocked, and it will only be because this admins total stupidity and inability to execute things keeps saving us.

I had to check out of politics for a bit. I even skipped IHIP news because every time I hear about them invoking the insurrection act before the midterms I get anxiety ridden and nausea so I just simply shut down. How are things looking?

Guys, let's be gracious and let the OTH have their moment on stage. They've waited since Folklore dropped for this. They've waited half as long as Rihanna fans have for a new album. Taylor finally hit a wall with 3 mediocre tracks and a decent one (I love Patient Zero but it's no Ophelia) and got panned critically so let them enjoy it while it lasts. No artist is immune to making bad music it's just how it is. But we all see how the #TaylorSwiftisoverParty from 2016 went. If her career survived that it's gonna withstand a few bad reviews. Even the bot campaign of 2025 fell flat on its face. Think of it this way: for them, this is the beginning of the downfall of Taylor, the same joy we had we when she hit 4 milli in a week.
