Lemonade has the sales and SPS (without Spotify & Apple Music) not everyone has that. Some artists streams make up for the lack of sales. 

Joanne definitely is now Platinum it had 494,000SPS in year-end of 2016 now it has 568,000SPS in year-end of 2017

 

494K + 568K = 1,062M

She can still pull close to 2M in the US in pure sales. Some can’t even scrap 700k    adding streaming will only make her already big album bigger. So I’m not sure if you want that.

She did those 2mill WITHOUT streaming. She ain't doing it with streaming. Bookmark me. The ones who can't even scrap 700k have a most successful album in bb200 this year, an album that was released in the beginning of 2016, way before lemonade.

Also Reputation's first week won't count for the Billboard year-end chart of 2017, it will count for 2018.  

Which albums have actually sold the most physical copies in 2017? I'm sure at least a few of these have crossed that threshold.

It’s not considering Lemonlegend is still doing 3K weekly and is the 2nd best selling Female album alone when the era ended at Grammys in February says a lot!

  imagine an album that’s only on Tidal still outselling an album on every platform with SPS
