I made the mistake of delivering 5 separate Etsy purchases to my previous apartment. They were delivered over the course of a week or so. When my complex reached out to me, I stopped by to pick them up however they only had 1 package on hand. When I explained there should be 4 more (3 delivered that same day) they said they didn't know where they're at. When I communicated they were in the current resident's mailbox they explained to me it can't be opened but they would call which turned into a voicemail due to nobody answering. Fast forward to today, with nobody reaching out, I call and speak to the same guy again at the previous complex he says no updates but he would call right now and let me know. Hours pass, nothing. I call again after work, new woman picks up and remembers the event I'm describing, mentions her co worker is busy, but that she or he will look into this again and get back to me. Hours later, nothing. At this point what would you do. The packages in question for all I know are sitting and baking in the sun (outside mailboxes) and/or being opened by this fat grinch ***** in my old apartment. I'm planning on pursuing whatever avenues at my disposal including but not limited to: a 1 start review on the old complex's Google page, filing mail theft with the police, contacting my local postmaster general for mail theft, and showing up in person again at the office to get answers since they want to play games with my ****

The fact that I ordered from my old ass Etsy account because I was trying to wean myself off Amazon and their fascism and this is the reward I get. No Mother's Day or birthday gifts for my mom. I'm fuming!
