Every step she takes becomes news, a way to stay in the media. A recent example is when she performed "live" on Easter Sunday about her religion, a Christian holiday. Of course, people hated the idea, but it was intentional. But they like to say she's the "queen of marketing";

And this is a bonus to refresh the short memory of the fans aka anitters:
