I hope its more of a return to form. I thought their self titled album was terrible and I generally really like Bleachers. Gone Now is my favorite Bleachers album and ironically I have a deep appreciation for Take The Sadness Out of Saturday Night. Although I like Strange Desire, it's very Jack early 2010s coded with its production. I used to go to Shadow of the City back when I lived in that area, every year.

    At least he sounds alive, unlike their previous record which sounded like he was bored in the studio.
