So that's why he's pandering to swifties on social media

  • He already is. His hype is smaller than ever. He will bomb worse than womans world.

  • it's wild how he's musically insanely talented but he's been making the same song since 2017   this sounds like Hero mixed with BOY

wow... that's not good

It's good for a filler track.

its horrid as a lead and a comeback single.

i also find it fascinating how he has such massive talent and is able to produce bops and genuinely good tracks (for others) but somehow usually misses with his own sound.

he's also marketable  and easy on the eye … I just don't get it

His problem is (as he said in his interview) with this album he's making music authentic to him and not thinking about his next hit.

I'm not the biggest P!nk fan, but she realized all she needed to do was give the label a few single choices and she could do whatever she wanted with the rest of the album. That's the happy medium. You get to make what you want, and make a return for the label so they keep wanting to work with you after.

This being his lead single doesn't fill me with hope for the album or even his mainstream career going forward, but at least it's authentic to him. He's talented, and very hands on so he'll always be able to put out his music somehow anyway.

I wasn't even gonna hit play on this song, but I did and it's way better than I expected. The vocals, the beat, that choir at the end, perfect!!!
