Go Your Own Way and Forget About Us were both MILES better than any of the 3 songs Jesy has released. 

I've loved every release, Boyz, Bad Thing and Mine 

 

We need Mixed Feelings to leak one day!

A source said: "Jesy decided it was the right time for her to make a clean break.

"She and the label have been going in different directions in recent months. And while there hasn't been a fall-out, Jesy just felt it was better to start afresh now – while everyone was still friends.

"Jesy enjoyed her time with Polydor - but feels, rather than go on together while having such differing musical ideas for the future, she now wants to be able to fully develop her own ideas as an individual artist." A spokesman for Jesy said: "Jesy Nelson feels now is the right for her to move in a new direction. As a result, she has decided to part company with Polydor.
 

A spokesperson for Polydor said: "Polydor have amicably parted ways with Jesy. We have enjoyed working with her and everyone at the label wishes her nothing but the best for the future."

So she left Polydor, eventually released Bad Thing independently in 2023, had zero radio support. She went silent after it didn't chart, she then went travelling for 6 months and took a long break from social media. In 2024 she said she was unsure if she'd ever return to music because of the hate and went travelling because she was in a bad place mentally and was close to giving up on everything and moving to Australia.

 

She released Mine independently, went #1 in multiple countries on iTunes and charted on the official uk downloads and sales charts. She was set to release more songs with her bf and an EP of their music, however they split and she went to LA to work on music for other artists. Then she got back with Zion and got pregnant. Hopefully in her upcoming doc she'll say if she will continue with music.

Boyz was a whole bop, people seems to hate fun. 

boyz isn't as bad as everyone claimed at the time. i'm not a huge fan of it and don't think it should've been a single but so much of the reaction was just mixers lashing out. if she had left on good terms a lot of them would probably have been telling her it was great

What a beautiful interview, the way she didn't even promote anything or even mention her doc. Purely went on just to spread awareness 

 

Looks like she was filming her docu-series at the O2 yesterday.

 

Jesy nelson has officially put her plans for new music on hold to focus on her upcoming Prime Video documentary instead. 

The former Little Mix star's fiancé Zion Foster took to social media to tease the project, slated for release in early 2026. 

Singer Zion said: "At the moment we have been solely focusing on the docuseries. It's a deep one." 

He also shot down the ­possibility of bringing out an EP with Jesy, after the pair teamed up on the track Mine last year.  Zion told a fan: "Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but no." 

We first told you back in April how Jesy – who quit Little Mix in 2020 – had landed a bumper deal with Prime Video to document her pregnancy. 

The star's twin daughters, Ocean and Story, were born in May. Jesy's journey to parenthood, including the torment she and Zion endured after she was told she had twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome – which results in an imbalanced blood flow between babies – will all ­be documented in the series. 

The programme has been described as "incredible" by ­producer Gavin Evans.  A release date has yet to be confirmed by Prime Video, but we are expecting promos to start dropping in the new year. 

A source close to Jesy said she would return to music when the time is right. 

They added: "Jesy has been through a huge amount this past year, and being a mum is the best thing that has ever ­happened to her. 

"She absolutely loves making music and when she's ready, she will be going back into the studio. 

"So much has happened in her life, and it's definitely inspired her. It's all about timing though, and Jesy is in no rush right now."

The production team shared a behind the scenes of all their 2025 projects today and there's a few snippets of jesy.

They put in the caption it is coming in the new year. Hopefully we get a proper trailer soon.

Jesy posted a video from hospital thanking everyone for the overwhelming support. She said she will be starting a petition and will fight to make change happen as she is so determined. She will be on This Morning tomorrow to discuss SMA Type 1 to raise awareness.

I started to tear up when she did. So proud of her!
