This one's def a bop. Sexy and dark too. She is never revolutionizing music tbh but she does what she does so solidly.

 

I wonder with this and BBL are amounting to.. I think she's been alluding to an album(?), which is exciting (tho probs not too soon on the horizon)

love this. wonder what direction shes going for the new album. shes very eclectic which i like but valeria lacked some cohesion.

Yea the EP tracks she released were all soooooo much better. The other songs we boring, if not downright bad?

DD is such a bop I live it

there were some great tracks from the album sessions like the title track and falling from grace but the rest was definitely mid. it was obviously two different projects she forced onto one idk quite why  should've just kept them separate and do two EPs

Yea the BP EP was sooooo good and cohesive in its dark, grungier electronic stuff. I loved QQ too, but No Falta is one of her worst tracks, and the only other 4 new tracks were beyond mid and totally don't fit. All-in-all it's not a very good ALBUM, despite half of it being fire tracks. 

 

Hope she doesn't do something similar for MBIMB

I felt the same when we announced Valerie. I was so pissed that she included all the songs from the EP on it, and I felt like nothing about it was cohesive at all

If an album's coming soon I may just wait to listen to this new song. I liked the one from earlier in the year. Totally agree with the consensus that the EP songs were basically the best ones on her last album and the other album songs were mostly meh, outside of QQ which is for sure a top 5 Tei Shi song for me.

 

Can't decide if her first album or Die 4 Your Love are my favorite project of hers, but I pretty much like all of them solidly.

It's so hard  they're all so different and unique in their own ways while still being very interconnected. I love how she always shows her personality through. 

 

I think Verde might be my favorite project of hers but for albums

i would go with Crawl Space 

 

As for songs I have a very soft spot for See Me, that bridge is absolute heaven. Then Go Slow is so fascinating and a standout. Say You Do and Keep Running round out the other spots. Then Bassically, Tessalate, her blood orange trscks (a shame about Diddy nn  ) and love the wackiness of Mona Lisa and Bad Premonition. Grip is also a stand out definitely. 

 

The D4UL I love but I have a hard time hearing too much because it feels like an Ariana Grande reject even tho Ariana doesn't have a project better than it. Ok Crazy slaps so hard tho
