We don't really know for sure, the "personal reasons" came from SM's announcement, not WENDY. This phrase worried fans which is why she made her own message saying she's not sick, since that was what SM's statement was kinda suggesting.

 

She said that she really wants to sing and stand on the stage. So it's possible that SM isn't letting her perform. She said it was discussed more than 1 month ago but SM is only revealing it now. Some think it could just be a conflict with planned schedules, but that doesn't make sense because SM manages her activities and this SMTOWN concert is a big 30th anniversary event. She is the RV soloist with the most songs, she should be there like everyone else.

 

So it's kinda fishy. Either there is some issue behind the scenes or it's because she's not renewing her contract.

The song is cute and catchy and it sounds like something koreans would like. They already charted relatively well with their last album and Jaehyun had a lot of viral takes during last year. Woonhak went kinda viral too in that collab stage with TWS, NCT Wish and Yujin from ZB1.
