Tyla is young and exposed to other people, she needs to learn that you can be confident but likeable too. She is not self aware & comes off pretentious. 

her biggest down fall will be her lack of media training & development.  99% of her interviews she comes as ignorant/uneducated and arrogant while her career is quite literally stuck in limbo.  

this whole britney fiasco & her shutting down random twitter trolls is so uncalled for & it always ends up backfiring on her.. throwback to when the media literally ate her alive for posting this (linked below)
beauty can't make you interesting nor will a diva attitude... not to mention Tyla is way too early in her career for her supporters to be this arrogant.

Ummm…Rihanna did MUCH worse, and she was just fine.  Rihanna was hell on Twitter back in the day.  Dragging people left and right…
 

 

People said the exact same **** about her   We'll just have to wait and see…but this is not the 90s.  Pop stars don't need to be sugary sweet anymore.  Especially not when constantly provoked for no reason.

i get what you're trying to say but rihanna joined twitter in late 2009 & she had the catalogue (4 albums, 5 number 1's , 12 top 10s) to back up her drags.. she was bound to flourish regardless 

 tyla has water & push 2 start it just isnt the same..like at all 

& it really isnt about being sugary sweet either  more about being humble while you're sprouting & building an audience... if her career flourishes more then she can start flaming people & smelling the roses but she's a rookie doing veteran activities

In some cases…I think it's totally fine to speak your mind.  Accolades or not. Especially when you're being picked on for the most minuscule reasons.     
 

Another example when she got asked that setup question: "what do you like most about Black men" (at a WOMEN in Music event, mind you ) and she said "Oooo" and walked away.  The way people were crashing out on Twitter.   

 

I hope she continues to drag people, b/c it's deserved.  I can count on my hand several situations where she has literally done nothing and it caused ppl to meltdown.   

 

I also notice a pattern where ppl don't give her white counterparts as much **** for speaking their mind.  It's almost encouraged/praised.  But for BIPOC/Black/non-white female artists it seems to…not be the case. But that's a whole nother convo.  

And unfortunately Black Americans and South Africans going at it on Twitter ain't helping her either
