Mariners Apartment Complex is in her Top 5 so that 

Love both of them but there is something very special about Terrence Loves You.

Both are career highlights, but Terrence is one of my faves in her entire discography so it gets my vote!

I can't say I didn't try hard to get the hype on TLY over the years. I tried it again today, but still won't get to like it unfortunately 

Terrence is her best song so I have to go with that, but MAC is a masterpiece as well and one of the highlights on NFR. 

Terrence Loves You is a gem, but Mariners Apartment Complex is just that girl

Both are among my favorite Lana songs ever but I'll have to give it to MAC.

I think it took me listening to its instrumental one summer day and noticing the little twinkles in the background and all the hidden sonic layers that it finally came together for me.

 

 

I'll never get over the subject matter of 'Terrence Loves You' It's quite a layered song but the reference is kinda random. Not sure what Bowie would have thought about it as Terry was a very sore subject for him.

Ooh gotta try this sometime! But what makes me like a Lana song is primarily the lyrics that I can relate to. So I think that's why I focused to much on the lyrical content of TLY and overlooked the instrumentals. Thanks for this suggestion!
