What do you mean by inconsistent?

 

I like when artists knows what they are doing and where they stand with their artistry but on the other hand I like when they reinvent themselves and always bring something new, I don't think there is something like inconsistency with album covers. 

 

Inability to deliver, yes most of them...

Maroon 5's album covers are (almost) all mid at best and have no artistic correlation between them, despite their logo staying the same. I guess this is a good example

Gosh, the Red Pill Blues cover is legitimately just terrible, along with 80% of their album and all of their last effort. Hopefully whatever's next is a return to form.

Honestly, after Jordi, I doubt it. Look at latest OneRepublic album, they don't get what made them great in the first place...
