If y'all think about it, this was genius of her team

 

• Her fandom on social media got revived 

• The tag 'Katy Perry is coming' has been trending WW on twitter all day and generated tons of buzz, so people know she's about to release

• She caught the perfect opportunity to redirect all that buzz to the channel where she'll announce her next lead.

 

What's important now is that she doesn't take too long to announce. Or at least tries to keep people on their toes with something else.

I'm so ready to support her in this ageism based industry but it feels so wrong for her to go back to Luk3.

Hopefully the song is her best ever and club ready so she gives me no choice but to stan.
