I love the song so much. The song are catchy and the melody stuck in my head. The mv was so fun and inclusive. And all the gay and lesbian couples in the MV  I love everything about it.

Nope, he didn't work with her on this project. It should be obvious from the (unfortunately) metallic autotune applied to his voice, something that has become a classic of HYBE. :/

I don't think that scene is related to this. It seems to be emphasized that it is more important for people to love themselves. But I think it's mostly theorized that he might be bi because of things like him holding both men's and women's hands in promotional pictures, the fact that there have been a lot of rumors about him before, and his long list of support for LGBT artists.
