Horrible title, she is just coming across as so try hard and the title doesn't even make any sense.

How does it not make sense? It’s weird for an album title but it’s perfectly understandable.

Of course it is. It’s also designed to

make people stop and think about it for a bit to work out a few thoughts.

I know the girls are pretty ignorant in here

But the photo and font are inspired by 90s britpop specially Blur's the great escape. It's not that hard to see

So we have gone from psychedelic to Brit pop. Makes sense.

This is the only " problem " i have with this era , its a little bit all over the place

She said this era is psychedelic like 100 times  , we never heard ANY psychedelic sound ... then Houdini and TS are kind of darker and we get this summery positive vibe of the album announcement 🤣

Both houdini and TS extended versions have a psychedelic/Tame Impala influence

The Britpop influence has been mentioned since the rollingstone interview so it’s not new information. Also the press release today mentioned exploring sounds of “psychedelia, trip hop and Britpop”

You can hear his voice in the teaser she posted &

“A few years ago, a friend introduced me to the term Radical Optimism.” — Dua Lipa.

“I read this book that I fell in love with called Radical Compassion.” —Shawn Mendes, 2020 interview.

My baby inspiring the title :jonny5:

Loved the title and the aesthetic. Didn’t get blue from the music, but it is a psychedelic color. Its pretty much a Tame Impala color too

I’m sure the third single will come more aligned with the album aesthetics and Houdini and TS will seem more like appetizers and transitional, because they were giving more black and moody for sure, but then it’s winter in the northern hemisphere and these blue and summer-ish aesthetics would feel out of place (not in may)

For this version

Then Radical Optimism (Pacific Version) will give us 5 more and Radical Optimism (Oceanic Collection) will give is all the droplets and another 4 songs :jonnycat:

Actually a companion album to this… Chaos Theory… sounds nice together…

… the album cover could be her with a butterfly instead of a shark like she’s been teasing for months… :eddie:

Radical Optimism/Chaos Theory… think about it…

yeah i'll keep my expectations low because the first 2 singles were just ok for me. If those are the strongest songs out of 11... idk.
