I downloaded the last.fm scrobble app on my Windows desktop and enabled itunes

 

but the scrobbles are not showing on my last.fm page.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

 

 

I am using the official Apple Music App through the Windows store.  Also sound does not play on my headphones for AM unless i play music through Spotify first then open the AM app then it works it so weird.

I set this up using google search to scrobble AM music so I did my research first so was hoping someone is knowledgeable on this

just tested for you, doesn't appear like it? i struggled to even find a song like that so doesn't affect me much

Click on "Last.fm-Scrubbler-WPF-Beta-1.29.zip" it will download a zip file which I think you'll have to extract first using winRAR or some other program. after that just open the Last.fm-Scrubbler-WPF.exe

scroll down and follow the installation instructions then the Scrobbling (Last FM) instructions. Should be good from there. Looks complicated at first but its pretty simple and then once its installed its installed for good

Yeah get Spotify.

unfortunately, AM is very spotty when it comes to last.fm scrobbling. for my phone I use QuietScrub. it costs like 1.99 but ive used it for years and it works perfectly, even when the app is closed etc. it even streams songs you stream from AM and not your library which the last.fm app doesn't.

 

when it comes to desktop, I used NepTunes. its an extremely easy install and set up and also has yet to fail me. unfortunately thats only available on Mac so yeah, download something like scrbubbler or another free replacement. 

Eavescrob works fine for me

on desktop i use last.fm, both have no issues once they were set up correctly

I forgot this is one of the main reasons why I like Tidal or Spotify over apple music
