Ethel Cain. I didn’t listen to Preacher’s Daughter last year and just found it recently and I’m kind of obsessed

SWV after their show with Xscape

I've also been listening to a lot of country and have been getting into Tyler Childers, especially his new album.

My favorite songs there are "Percheron Mules" and the title track:

I'll also give massive props to him for featuring a gay couple in this music video, considering how much rampant homophobia is in country:

Kylie

I've liked some of her songs over the years but Tension is her first album I've listened to and she won me over with it and because of that I will do a deep dive into her discography at some point

M.I.A. I always knew Paper Planes and Bad Girls, but only now did I check her first two albums. They're amazing. :jonny:

George Jones

I'm familiar with her past monikers/names but this was my intro to her Jane Remover era

Welcome to the church of M.I.A sis :WAP:  I should say after getting used to her sounds and ideas in Arular and Kala, everything on the following albums makes much more sense and give them depth. MAYA and MATA are absolutely BANGERS :jonny:

Troye Sivan and Billie actually can’t believe I didn’t give them a chance earlier.

Also, I don’t know if it applies since her debut just came out, but I’ve been listening to Reneé Rapp’s debut and it’s actually pretty good

I just became a huge fan of 360 this year and im meeting him next month  :smitten:

A late super fan but oh well

so much k-pop, newjeans, aespa, ive... and doja, never liked her stuff but scarlet hooked me!

Muni Long. Her voice is great, a shame she’s not bigger

Came here to say this. Family Tree last chorus always hits like I'm listening to it for the first time. Such a good album :jonny:
