The Range, The Blueprint: Xtina

Featured Replies

An appreciation post of Xtina's collaborations with musical legends. Which is your fav? Were your favs inspired to follow in her footsteps?

Xtina x Tony Bennet

Xtina x Rolling Stones

Xtina x Andrea Bocelli

Xtina x Herbie Hancock

I loved her performance with musical legend Britney Jean Spears :clap3: Definitely the most iconic performance featuring Xtina!

idk Legend X is a legend in her own right and didn’t need validation from those prehistoric acts to confirm that :relax:

A Song For You is soooo amazing. I really hope she does a jazz album in our lifetimes.

That would be amazing, although we got some of that with Back to Basics. I really hope she does an R&B album next, with songs like Pipe, Impossible, Like I Do.

Oooh Yass gurlll!!! I meant like full-on jazz with deep cuts. Maybe not so modernized / pop. Like some of the old school artists that you could feel their soul and hurt when they sang about life and whatnot.

It’s the way she slays country infused with pop. Both such fantastic songs!

Wait I’m confused…I thought Herbie Hancock was that car from the Disney movie

I love this collab Xtina did with art director Casey Espinoza!

Queen of brand partnerships. How many of those do you have?

Two decades ago, after Jennifer Lopez, Pink and some others could not join them on stage, legends Britney Spears and Madonna invited Christina on stage with them for a legendary performance :heart2:

You're so tryhard. :rip: Meanwhile your fave couldn't even sing with any of the legends in the OP due to her piss poor vocals.

Also, P!nk lied about being asked to do the kiss. MTV denied it recently:

I didn't even know Xtina collabed with all those people.

Wow, there's lots of things about her career that we totally ignore. Queen

All the legends, GRAMMY nominations, and incredible vocals in this one post. :clap3:

Xtina also performed with her musical idol Etta James.

She definitely should do another jazz/soul influenced album like Back to Basics again. It's where she shines brightest imo.

Especially on ATRL and stan Twitter, from bitter fanbases that constantly try to erase her impact and talent. You can see it in this very thread alone.

Fun fact: In addition to Tony Bennett, Xtina also worked with RedOne and Mark Ronson way before Lady GaGa did.

Only a vocal legend like Xtina! Ugh I was looking for the Etta James video. Almost added the Whitney Houston BET video too, cause that was ICONIC.
