None of these are expensive they’re just the epitome of CGI/green screen like your average KPOP video (especially NTLTC)

 

Expensive Music Videos are videos like Madonna, Michael Jackson, and Janet. Good lighting and a half baked set can make anything look expensive. 
 

Here’s an ACTUALLY expensive music video:

 

 

The camera, set, cranes, etc all made it like 4 million dollars. It’s set and staged like an old school movie set so this is a case of budget done right

 

Another actually expensive music video. The crane shots alone are worth more than all of those videos in OP combined

What's the correlation exactly? A MV not having an ad placement doesn't make it more expensive than the others

almost every blackpink video but this is particular since selena was in the USA and blackpink was in Korea and they've managed to make it work (so much, i love this music video. the song is a no but the MV is a huge yes)

A good example of money Laundering. Nor the location, nor the rent of the cars; or the fake sharks justify this amount of money. I am not even talking about the casino that appears in the video and that must have financed a part of it.

 

Full length movies are made for 6,5M. 

 

People here need to realize how Green Screen-VFX-Special Effects can be very expensive. People call sometimes Katy Videos cheap but those are some of the most expensive ones in the Pop world  Some of the cheapest videos in the videography of so many directors dont have green screens. Theyre plain beauty shoots. 

Example: This video looks cheap to people today but is actually one of Shakira most expensive videos ever. Things are not what it seems
