Katy is way more impressive idc what anyone says. Katy is still in her post Artflop era, she hasnt had her shallow moment yet so for her old catalog to still pull massive numbers is crazy.

Gaga has 5 albums charting in the Spotify Weekly top 200 albums, Katy only 1. They are not the same

It’s quite obvious that Gaga is drawing more streams than Perry, currently. 
 

The question is why do the monsters keep making threads comparing her streams to Perry’s if they aren’t on the same level?
 

When Perry was drawing similar streams to Gaga several months back, albeit Perry had released consecutive flop albums at that point, it was a ki and made sense. Now?

 

Both are doing well.

 

I'm super impressed with Katy though. Sure the new material is struggling, but her back catalogue is doing amazing numbers

Given the fact that Gaga is 25 places higher on the Spotify Global Artists chart I’m going to have to go with her

One of them couldn't sell out tickets for Vegas while the other one went on to have a sold out stadium world tour.

Katy's numbers are impressive, for someone of her calibre. Gaga's doing well but that is expected for her standard.

The two of them are both doing amazingly/terribly depending on which narrative you want to push

This is not true, take away the 1.7m (Bloody Mary) from Gaga and she is still well ahead of Katy overall
