Almost nobody cares about him but there are some users that call him Bullyjin or something like that

It's done/organized by every big boygroup fandom since before I got into K-pop in 2016. Genie (especially) and Bugs tried their best to reform their charts to make it harder for international fans, but It's useless.

  It was all about Melon and a little bit about Genie.  Then Melon did that thing where they got rid of their real time chart to prevent this pollution so the fandoms stopped dealing in Melon day pass gift card rewards and focused only on Genie.  So Melon brought back the realtime chart (the 50-50 thing that they have now) because they like money, too.

Melon worked more to prevent zombie streams from domestic fandoms. But Genie and Bugs were always international fans' safe space.
