My theory is after ILand2 got delayed while they were re-scripting the show for Garam to be the center, it no longer fit on Mnet's schedule, and after GP999 flopped as a show, they weren't too motivated to fit it back on the schedule (they chose Queezzle instead), so they worked to find a new home for it.  And JTBC is like Mnet's cousin channel twice removed.  And CJ produces shows for other networks, so it's not too strange.  But it is strange.

If she ever were to join in one of these fan voted Survival shows, then she's definitely secured a spot at re-debuting, but I highly doubt she will be ever be returning to the idol life, sadly. However there are rumors about her debuting in acting etc.?
