Why she shouldn't perform anything from her old albums?. The only ones making money from a live performance are the writers of a song not the masters owners. She made a medley of her hits at the AMAS after the masters drama was already a thing.

 

I haven't the time to make a real setlist, these are the songs I think she's gonna perform

I know they seem too much but i'm expecting several medley or mash-ups. 

Maybe she won't perform shake it off if the trial is still happening. In that case she could put Style.

Also no reputation? Certainly all the singles are aged very bad and she have to much pop songs to perform from 1989, midnights and lover so i don't know maybe she can put delicate somewhere (not the entire song) or don't blame me. 

 

Also she's gonna make maybe even 2 surprise song moments in every show. There are too much new songs people want to her live at least one time from the last 4 albums she's not toured for.

I think this one balances Midnights, the hits the GP likes as well some fan favorites. She def won’t left out her biggest hits, obviously

 

And I don’t really see a place for folkmore in it other than one song on the acoustic set.

She allegedly turned down performing at the Super Bowl because she doesn't want to do it until all of the TV albums are completed. I can see her skipping her older hits since she has so many new albums (Evermore, Folklore, Lover, Midnights) to fit in anyway.

I don't think that's the real reason but even if it's true superbowl is a massive televised show so it can make sense cause the promotional impact is huge. A concert is more appealing for fans or general audience already kind of interested to an artist. Playing shake it off doesn't have that big of an impact on sales.
