It might not be something you want to think about doing - but a lot of people die without having left a will in place. And you never know when your time will be up so it's better to plan for what you want to happen to your estate/who the beneficiaries will be. Especially if you own property. I'm curious to know how many ATRLers are well-organised and have written/signed a will. :sistrens:

I don't own anything of worth besides my vinyl collection so nobody would care anyway :rip:

with what assets? my treasured joanne CD shall come with me :dies:

No..  I dont really have anyone too.

Like my car, pc, games, cd I rather pass on to a trusted person

I know with my dad people broke into our house trying to grab his guitars bc he didn't do a will. Some did get taken though.

no, i don't really have anyone to give my stuff to when i pass. i guess it would go automatically to my parents which is not great but then i don't own anything super valuable anyway

Ugh... The time has come where I have to. Hubby and I are doing it together soon after his heart attack last week :chick3:

No, my assets are not that much especially in this American Climate :swan:

As long as you have a listed beneficiary on your bank/investment/stocks account that’s usually suffice & if need be you can leave a written list signed by you for tangible items. Now a trust would be essential if you own property, I’ll execute that if I ever own property someday :gaycat4:
