Who on Earth considers those classics tho (minus maybe Express Yourself)? :deadbanana2:

Madonna has several bigger songs that are actual classics: Like A Virgin, Material Girl, Like a Prayer, Vogue, Hung Up, La Isla Bonita...

Madonna stans constantly cite Music as one of her bigger hits, there were just a ton this past week saying it was a multi-gen classic :deadbanana2:

Express Yourself, OYH, Borderline, and Cherish were all big pop hits that feel definitive of the time and Live to Tell is universally seen as one of Madge's classic/biggest ballads. The only stretch would maybe be Die Another Day :rip:

I don’t personally consider Janet an icon

You are correct. Janet is not only an icon but a legend, pioneer, trailblazer, and one of the most influential female artists of all time.
