What OR2 should sound like?

Featured Replies

Will it have heavier Pop-Rock influence as the trend moves towards there?

Or she will go Pop Pop with blonde hair and debut Ian Kirkpatrick produced lead single?

Or maybe she will go 2000s and release her Stars Are Blind?

pop rock maybe? i doubt it would be H&Mcore, my best guess is fumecore because whatever it is will make atrl fume

Leaning more into the Paramore sound. I don't think she has the range for Taylor'd albums ala Red or 1989.

Probably split into those 2, sorta like Avril's The Best Damn Thing.

definitely fumecore

it'll probably sound like sour except there will be more pop rock/pop punk songs than ballads based on the covers she performed on the tour so far

I can see her following an Electra Heart meets The Best Damn Thing route

Probably pop rock heavy but she won't abandon her ballads

I think she is gonna go full pop at some point and country as well because she said country music is the reason she started to write but that will be for her 3 album

agreed. i think the reception of g4u made her more confident with the uptempos which she didn’t feel as comfortable before.

i think she’ll find the balance now between the ballads versus the upbeat. if she’s unstoppable with a last minute project, imagine what she can accomplish when she has more time for her craft.

It’s going to be all different types of sounds.  Olivia doesn’t stick to one genre.   Y’all are delulu if you think she will not having several ballads.  Those are the highest streaming songs, meanwhile brutal TANKED

whatever it is it will smash. I feel like it will blow SOUR out of the water at first , but then ultimately age poorly. SOUR will always be her best era, but OR3 will also be really good. OR4 will be the typical fourth album slump, but then OR5 will be MAJOR. mark my words, but yea just my lil fan fiction :bam:

like paper rings by taylor swift. more of a radio friendly pop sound so she can further establish herself as a consistent hit maker but keep some of her pop rock edge :clap3:

More 90s alt rock girl power anthems

And hopefully another Lorde inspired bop like Deja Vu

Also I see she has been studying the 90s witg her fashion and looks and covering a niche alt rock classic like Seether on her tour, now I know Ms. Courtney Love dragged Olivia but I really need Olivia to recreate Hole's "Dying" and "I Think That I Would Die" so she can collect Rock Grammys away from these old ass white men who always get nominated in there

She’s the next Taylor Swift (although she hates Taylor now) so whatever it is, it’s going to be good.

anything as long as its bops

her ballads are simply not good
